Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Marblehead is a quaint seaside town that offers many options for both locals and vacationers. Visit any of our local beaches — Gas House Beach, Devereux Beach or Grace Oliver's Beach, walk around Old Town and browse the local shops, or visit one of our many restaurants, such as The Landing, Sea Salt, Maddie's Sail Loft or The Beacon and enjoy some time with family and friends. If you take a quick drive over to Marblehead Neck — "The Neck", as it's commonly known — you can spend the day at the Chandler Hovey Park enjoying the lighthouse and all of the boats sailing in and out of the harbor. Or, head over to Castle Rock and watch the waves crash against the rocks. You will never get bored touring the lovely sights of Marblehead! And, if you are lucky enough to visit us during the month of July, you are in for a treat! The Festival of the Arts hosts a wonderful array of music, art and celebration (not to mention fireworks) to celebrate the birth of this great nation. It's a series of fun-filled days that you will be sure to enjoy! And, if you are visiting during the month of October, you have to venture over to Salem to take in Haunted Happenings! It's a must if you are in the area at that time of year.

This place exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect for us. It was a spacious house with a desk we could work. It was lovely to look out to splendid harbor view! The host, Stephanie, was communicating with me to make sure we settled in well. She was accommodating us when she could. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back again.

5/5! Have already sent this listing to friends and would use again in a heartbeat. Amy was helpful and kind during a stressful situation (frozen pipes!) and very accommodating. Clean, well decorated, amazing location. I particularly appreciated the fenced scent-free cleaning products and detergents as we are sensitive to fragrance. Our 5 yo is asking when we can “go back to our cottage” 😅 Thanks again!

The house was beautiful , cozy and had great views of the water. It also was spotless and very comfortable. My favorite first thing in the morning was to have my coffee in the living room from the sofa looking out to the water. Since it was wintery I didn't get to look out from the 2nd floor deck. We plan to go back in the summer time.

The location with views of the harbor from the living room and king bedroom were stunning. Location was a short walk to Chandler Hovey Park for panoramic ocean view and a short drive to groceries, cafes, and restaurants in old town. The house was pristine clean and nicely decorated with comfortable dining set, sofas and chairs. Beds were very comfortable.Heat and hot water very good for our winter stay! The fenced in yard was perfect for our older dog and the walk to the park perfect for exercise. The home is full of coastal cottage charm and it is older as fitting a Marblehead cottage so don’t expect ultra-modern but charming, very clean, comfortable, and very functional. We really enjoyed our Christmas stay. Would love to return to use the lovely roof deck in summer!

I cannot say enough about Amy as a host and her gorgeous property. We absolutely loved it! Every single detail was thought of and perfected, from the thoughtful touches in the kitchen to the bathroom, to the artistry of the decor and design. The space was optimally laid out and so comfortable yet elegant. We fell in love with her home instantly! My boyfriend and my kids were thrilled with the space and Amy is without a doubt the hostess with the mostest — Amy we cannot thank you enough! We cannot wait to come back and thank you again for all you do to make your spaces open to families like mine and we are so lucky we had the chance to stay and enjoy what you have created! See you soon!!!
