Our stay at the boat house was nothing less than amazing. Walking distance to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable. A private back patio and outdoor seating. The hosts were quick to respond and gave clear instructions for our stay. Minutes away from Salem it was super easy to Uber/Lyft, and cheaper than the parking fees. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Amy was a fantastic host, from the start she was incredibly responsive, provided ongoing directions, checked in quite frequently to ensure our stay was going well and so on.
The building was easy to find and literal steps away from restaurants and shops. The parking lot was also a quick walk away too and easy to find.
The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and incredibly clean. Water pressure was insanely strong (I loved it personally). This is an older building so we expected there to be plenty of steps, but just be prepared to walk a few flights. It wasn’t super challenging for an older family member but if you have any disabilities/etc I could see it being a little difficult. (Tip: There’s a back entrance which is quite a few steps but just one long staircase).
Overall, I had a fantastic time here. Beds were great, location was fantastic but most of all, Amy was a fantastic host. Can’t wait to stay here again or at one of her other locations!

This place was absolutely amazing! It had the most charming cottage vibes, like the English cottage in the movie “The Holiday” but with a coastal twist. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated.
The host was wonderful. I messed up my reservation, and she quickly helped me fix it. She also gave great recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and sights to see. She was kind, responsive, and truly made the stay even better.
I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to friends, family, and even strangers! The town itself was BEAUTIFUL. I honestly felt like I was walking through a Hallmark movie.
Book the stay. Enjoy the town.

Wonderful location on a dead end street next to a park. The house was clean and well appointed. Very relaxing place to stay. Amy is a true professional and manages her properties extremely well.

Amy’s place was the perfect home base for my time in Marblehead. It’s within easy walking distance to everything in town, which made exploring so effortless. I especially appreciated the convenient entry-level location—it’s ideal when you’re traveling with luggage. What really stood out, though, was Amy’s responsiveness and flexibility; she went above and beyond to accommodate my check-in and check-out requests, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here!

This was a terrific place to stay. It was well-appointed and comfortable (including the beds). Fantastic water pressure in the shower. The pool is huge and made for a great place to hang out. We enjoyed walking to local shops and bars/restaurants from the house. It’s also very close to a pretty pond and a nice vantage point with a beautiful view. The host, Amy, was very communicative and responsive.

We had a great stay at Amy's Marblehead home. It was perfect for two couples traveling together. Amy's directions and quick response time made for a pleasant stay from the very beginning. The location in Marblehead is within easy walking distance of the historic area as well as restaurants, shopping, the harbor and plenty of picturesque streets to wander. We'd love to stay again.
